Castle Master 2: The Crypt

Review:
Castle Master 2: The Crypt is pretty much identical to its prequel in terms of gameplay and presentation but lack of advancement in the engine are more than made up for by the new design.
It has a much bigger map and a more logical and challenging layout. This game makes full use of its 3D design, meaning you have to be aware of where you are verically as well as horizontally. There is a lift shaft, starewell and ravine connecting all the floors, and you have to make clever use of all three of them to find every area on every floor.
The idea that this time you're trapped in the castle and have to find your own way out helps, as the game does get quite clasutrophobic, especially near the end when you reach ground level and can see the outside through some windows.
This is one of those rare occasions where not only is the sequel better than the origional, but the origional is excellent.

Instructions:
In the first game, you had to break into the castle and find your way up to the top of one of the towers. This time you're trapped in the dungeons way below the castle and have to find your way out.
To do this, you'll have to find keys and solve puzzles. There's also the return of the random-polygos that count as Demons, which need to be killed. Food replenishes your health, demons and falls damage it.

Hints and Tips:
The game map is very well thought out, and it's useful to draw a map of each floor, and work out which rooms are above and below you.
You can change floors by starecase, in (or on top of) the lift, or by plummeting down the ravine.
At one point, leaving doors open could provide a path to a new room if you look up.

Cheats:
In order to get through a door you can see, but can't reach. get your cross over the door (in movement mode) and press forward and fire at the same time.
